  • INVOICING, RECEIPTS AND BILLING HISTORY?
    Unless your service requires a quote, you will be required to make a credit/debit card deposit to confirm the date and time of your service appointment. Once your service is complete you will receive an invoice via email to complete the payment of the service completed. A receipt will be sent to your email address on file. You will always be able to access your billing history with Top Notch Cleans.
  • WHEN AM I CHARGED?
    You will be required to make a credit/debit card deposit to confirm the date and time of your service appointment. Once your service is complete you will receive an invoice via email to complete the payment of the service completed.
  • HOW DO I PAY? CAN I PAY CASH? DO I TIP?
    We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and e transfers. We do not accept cash or check payments. A tip is never required, but if you are feeling generous feel free to tip.
  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
    You can cancel your service at any time. If your service is canceled 72 hours before it is to begin, we will not charge a cancellation fee. If you cancel within 48 hours before the service there is a 20% cancellation fee. You can apply your cancellation fee to a future cleaning.
  • HOW IS THE PRICING OF THE SERVICE DETERMINED?
    The base price for cleaning offices, apartments, condos, lofts, and commercial spaces is determined by square footage and the type of service you request for that specific job. Our pricing for events vary depending on the following factors: Square Footage of Space Estimated # of guest expected Condition of the space, which will be accessed previous to the contract being submitted Number of restrooms Any specialized services you required will be priced accordingly Residential Cleaning: We are unable to perform an initial walk-through to verify the size and condition of the home prior to service; therefore, our prices are based on standard assumptions of levels of cleanliness and the amount of effort required to clean your home. We estimate a specific number of hours for the service based on the information that is provided to us, and if we are unable to complete the work in the estimated amount of time then you will have the option to pay for extra time at our regular hourly rate or provide us with a list of priorities that you would like us to complete in the time we have available.*
  • HOW DOES YOUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE WORK?
    We are so confident of our services that we actually guarantee your satisfaction. Top Notch Cleans guarantees to respond to and promptly resolve any specific service issues within one business day. If for any reason, Top Notch cleans should fail to meet either of these obligations, you are entitled to a complimentary cleaning service call. This is a key differentiator between Top Notch Cleans and other suppliers.
  • HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM EMAILS, CALLS OR MAIL
    You can unsubscribe from our emails by either hitting the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any email we have sent to you. When we call you, you can request to be put on our do not call list.
